The Four Primary Rules of Firearm Safe Handling
We continuously enforce the Firearms Safety Rules:
Legal Requirements
To participate in our courses, you must be at least a 21 years old citizen or legal permanent resident of the U.S.
OTHER THAN THAT, You cannot be a prohibited person, such as:
- A convicted felon that has not been annulled or pardoned.
- Under indictment in any court for a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year.
- Fugitive from justice.
- Under a court order restraining you from harassing, stalking, or threatening somebody or someone.
- With a domestic violence conviction or a restraining order against you.
- A user of or addicted to any unlawful controlled substances.
- Adjudicated as a mental defective or have been committed to any mental institution.
- Discharged from the military under dishonorable conditions.
- Renounced your United States citizenship.
Students will be required to sign a statement certifying they understand and comply with these legal requirements.
We proudly stand by our PERFECT safety record since our beginnings in 2020. In Florida Bilingual Firearms Training, LLC, safety is and will always be our ABSOLUTE PRIORITY. In our effort to pursue this priority, we reserve the right to ask anyone not observing the safety rules, not displaying the appropriate attitude, or under the influence of controlled substances to immediately leave the classroom and/or range with no refund.
Late Attendance Policy
Reservation & Cancellation Policy
At Florida Bilingual Firearms Training, LLC, we intentionally limit class size to ensure every student receives personalized attention, guided practice, and sufficient time to ask questions during all exercises. Our goal is not to fill a room with students, but to maintain a high‑quality learning environment.
To secure your spot in any course, payment must be completed no later than 7 days before the scheduled class date. Reservations without timely payment will be automatically released.
If a student does not attend the course or fails to cancel at least 7 days in advance, no refund will be issued.
Weather conditions in Florida change constantly. Do not assume a class will be cancelled due to rain unless you receive an official notification from us. Additional cancellation or rescheduling policies will be provided at the time of payment.
